Why I Started forethought.
After leading product teams at brands like Nando’s, Shell, and First Choice, I kept seeing the same problems:

How I work
Here’s what it’s like to work with me:
I operate as your fractional Head of Product: this could look like 2–3 days a week.
I get stuck in: from roadmap ownership to discovery sprints, OKR setup, and team coaching all the way to embedding myself within a Product team
I align product with commercial goals, so everything being built can be driectly attributed to
I build systems and habits that last, so when I leave, your team’s better off
And yes, I deliver results, not decks.
